We combine authentic boxing training with high-energy conditioning to give you a workout that pushes your body, sharpens your mindset and let's you have fun while getting in your best shape.

It’s boxing for anyone who wants to lose weight, get stronger, and feel like the champion in their own story.

More than a Workout
Jinji’s Boxing Fitness classes hits different because their built on real fundamentals.

Unlike a gym offering bag classes just for a workout with little respect for the sport, our classes are run by seasoned boxers who teach real techniques, real combinations, and help you get fight fit because they come from real experience.
You’ll learn how to box, how to move, how to stay grounded in your body while training in a way that transforms more than just your physical health.

This is full-body, high-intensity training that challenges you and rewards you for the work you put in.
What to Expect
Each class runs about 60 minutes and follows a structured rhythm — but no two sessions feel exactly the same.

You’ll rotate through rounds that include:
-
Heavy bag work with combinations
-
Shadowboxing and footwork drills
-
Mitt work with a coach (when appropriate)
-
Core and bodyweight conditioning
-
Short recovery periods to reset and reload
It’s fast-paced but not frantic. Every round has a focus. Every movement has a purpose. We keep the energy high without sacrificing technique.
It's important that you get the real deal and really, that's where the results are.
